What is Melting?

Casting, with its most superficial definition, is a type of production performed by filling the melted liquid into prepared molds. In order not to confuse the melting process with melting, we can define both as follows; Melting is the event that a solid material dissolves in a liquid by ionizing. Melting, on the other hand, is the transition of the existing solid material to the liquid phase by heating. Therefore, melting can be called liquefaction of the substance by destroying the intermolecular bond.

At Toros Döküm, the melting process is carried out in the most appropriate way to today's technology. At this point, we perform the melting process through the furnaces that are used at the highest level today, in accordance with our working standards. We get a smooth result by using the precision casting technique with the melting we realize after the appropriate mold modeling.
